Hosted by SanaMente Wellness: A 4-part seasonal journey through Release, Courage, Remembrance, and Clarity.

SUNDAYS at 3 PM-4:30 PM | Limited Space – RSVP Today!

LOCATION: Hello Healthy TX, 5338 Trail Lake Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76133

What to Expect

Our sound bath experiences are 90-minute immersive healing experiences designed to restore balance to your nervous system, cultivate inner peace, and create space for release and renewal. Each gathering is intentionally intimate, rooted in culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, and curated to support mind-body healing.

Benefits of Sound Bath Healing

Sound baths are more than relaxation—they are restorative tools for the nervous system and emotional well-being. Participants often experience:

  • Nervous System Regulation – Vibrational frequencies guide the body into states of rest and repair.

  • Stress & Anxiety Relief – Supports release of tension, overwhelm, and racing thoughts.

  • Improved Sleep & Rest – Many leave feeling more rested and aligned.

  • Emotional Release & Clarity – Safe space to process grief, hold gratitude, or release old patterns.

  • Strengthen Mind-Body Connection – Helps attune awareness to inner needs and self-trust.

  • Foster Community Healing – The shared experience creates collective restoration and connection.

Important Disclaimer: Respiro Sanctuary Circles and sound bath experiences at SanaMente Wellness can be a supportive complement to therapy or other healing practices, but they are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical treatment, or crisis services. These experiences are a wellness practice. If you are currently in therapy, we encourage you to share your participation with your provider. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. You can also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for immediate support.

FAQ

Do I need experience with meditation?
No. Sound baths are accessible to everyone—you simply lay down or sit comfortably and allow me to guide the sounds to move through you.

What should I bring or wear?

We provide:

  • A luxury inflatable mat & blanket for comfort during the session

  • A handcrafted wellness juice to gently support your body and integration after the experience (in partnership with Hello Healthy TX)

You're welcome to bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Socks, pillow, extra blanket

  • Comfortable clothing (soft, breathable layers)

  • Sensory aids (earplugs, eye mask, essential oils—whatever brings comfort)

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, get cozy, and acclimate to the space. We’ll begin with a gentle grounding exercise to help everyone transition into the present moment before we begin the session.

What can I expect during a Respiro Sanctuary Circle?

Your journey is thoughtfully curated with comfort and integration in mind. Each guest is provided with a luxury inflatable mat and cozy blanket to fully relax during the immersive sound bath.

All experiences are guided through a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens that honors your nervous system’s needs. To support your practice, you’ll also receive access to guided resources:

  • What is Sound Healing? – learn the history and benefits.

  • What to Expect – prepare for your first experience.

  • Safety & Autonomy Consent – honoring your choice and comfort.

  • Intention Setting – create a personal focus for your practice.

  • Reflection & Integration Plan – tools to carry your insights beyond the session.

Are there any side effects or contraindications?

Every nervous system responds differently. Common, temporary effects may include:

  • Tingling sensations, temperature changes, or lightheadedness.

  • Emotional release (tears, laughter, or unexpected memories surfacing).

  • A sense of fatigue or deep rest afterward (similar to post-yoga relaxation).

Most side effects resolve quickly, and integration practices are offered to support grounding.

For safety purpose, Respiro Sanctuary Circles may not be appropriate if you:

  • Pregnancy (certain breath patterns may not be safe)

  • Uncontrolled hypertension, heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma

  • History of psychosis, severe dissociation, or current substance dependency

If you’re unsure, consult your provider or reach out—we’ll help assess if this is right for you.

Is this therapy?
Sound baths are not therapy. They are a complementary wellness practice that supports emotional and physical well-being, and can beautifully complement your therapeutic or spiritual journey.

What is the group size?

Respiro Sanctuary Circles are intentionally small (3–8 participants) to support an intimate and relaxed environment. No breakout circles are planned. Sharing at the end is entirely optional and kept brief. This space is not for in-depth therapeutic processing but for somatic awareness, rest, and gentle reflection. You’re invited to share only if something meaningful arises for you. This is a trauma-informed and consent-centered space—your boundaries will always be honored.

Can I attend if I’m grieving or going through a hard time?

Yes. Many people find sound baths supportive during transitions, grief, or emotional overwhelm. While it’s not therapy, it can provide a sense of peace, nervous system relief, and connection. If you're unsure whether this is the right setting, you're welcome to contact me to talk it through.

How do I register and pay?

You can reserve your spot by visiting: Respiro Sanctuary Circles
You’ll complete a short registration and consent form, then proceed to checkout. Space is limited to no more than 8 participants, so early registration is encouraged.

Can I invite a friend or loved one?

Yes! You're welcome to invite someone who would benefit from this experience. Just ensure each person registers individually to complete the required consent form.

What if I can no longer attend?

Cancellation Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, please email adry@sanamentewellness.com at least 24 hours in advance, and you’ll receive a credit to apply toward a future session of the same offering (based on availability).

Facilitated By: Adriana (Adry) Sanders, LPC-S & Certified Sound Practitioner

Adry is a trauma-informed therapist who integrates polyvagal theory, DBT, and attachment-focused care with sound-based healing practices. This series is an extension of her mission: to help clients not only understand their healing intellectually, but to feel it in their bodies. As a clinician, she’s witnessed how limited session time can make it difficult for clients to consistently practice regulation skills in an embodied way. This series offers a co-regulating, experiential space where participants can begin to feel what safety actually feels like in the body—something many have never had modeled. It serves as a powerful complement to the deeper emotional work being done in individual therapy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is a psychoeducational wellness experience, not a therapy group. While it's led by a licensed therapist, it does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It is designed to complement therapy by helping participants practice and embody the skills they’re learning in a supportive, somatic-focused space.

Do I need to be in therapy to attend?

You do not have to be in therapy to join, but this series is ideal for individuals who are currently in therapy and want extra support in integrating emotional regulation and nervous system tools through body-based practices.

What is sound healing, and do I need experience with it?

Sound healing uses instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and emotional integration. No experience is needed—just come with an open mind and comfortable clothing.

What’s provided, and what should I bring?

Each participant will be provided with:

  • A luxury inflatable mat and cozy blanket for comfort during sound healing

  • A curriculum folder with printed materials for each session

  • A journal for reflection and integration

We will be spending most of the session on the ground. If you need accommodations such as a chair, please contact us in advance so we can support your comfort and accessibility needs.

We recommend bringing:

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Water bottle

  • Optional: eye mask or earplugs

  • Anything else that helps you feel supported.

Is this religious or spiritual?

No. While sound healing can feel deeply restorative and grounding, this is a non-religious, trauma-informed offering. All belief systems are welcome, and the focus is on emotional regulation and nervous system support.

Can I attend just one session?

To preserve the integrity of the group container, we ask that participants commit to all four sessions. This allows for safety, trust, and progressive learning over time.

Are there payment options available?

Yes. While the full value of the series is $225 ($56.25 per session), a flexible payment plan is available upon request.

  • The payment plan must be arranged in advance

  • First payment is required before the series begins to reserve your spot

  • You’ll be invoiced manually via email for any remainder amount.

  • By opting into a payment plan, you agree to be financially responsible for the full balance, regardless of attendance

If you're interested in setting up a payment plan, please email adry@sanamentewellness.com.

Can I use my health insurance or HSA/FSA to pay?

This offering is a psychoeducational wellness group, not a psychotherapy service, so it is not billable to insurance. However, because this group is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and focuses on nervous system education and regulation, some HSA/FSA providers may reimburse you.

If you’d like to use your HSA or FSA, we’re happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill-style) for you to submit—but reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is your responsibility to confirm eligibility with your HSA/FSA provider.

What if I miss a session?

We understand life happens. While no refunds are available for missed sessions, handouts or audio recordings of key practices may be offered at the facilitator's discretion to support integration.

What is your cancellation and payment policy?

  • Payment is due in full at the start of the series. You are financially responsible for the full cost of the series, regardless of attendance.

  • If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions are not refundable due to the small group size and limited availability.

For Therapists/Clinicians:

Who This Is For:

This series is designed for individuals who are:

  • Actively in therapy and want additional, body-based practice to support emotional regulation

  • Seeking a trauma-informed space to explore nervous system safety and embodiment

  • Curious about integrating sound healing with skills-based mental health education

  • Navigating increased stress, emotional intensity, or family dynamics—especially during the holidays

  • Adult children of immigrants or emotionally immature parents who often feel overwhelmed or dysregulated

As a therapist, I’ve observed that many clients don’t have enough time in traditional therapy to practice regulation tools in a consistent, embodied way. This series provides a co-regulating space where participants can experience what safety feels like in their body—something many of us have never had modeled. It can be a powerful complement to the deeper emotional work you're doing in therapy.

⚠️ Who This Series Is Not For:

  • Individuals in active crisis or experiencing suicidal ideation

  • Those seeking a therapy group or mental health treatment (this is a psychoeducational wellness offering, not psychotherapy)

  • Anyone needing clinical oversight, case management, or diagnosis

If you’re unsure whether this series is a good fit, you're welcome to reach out for a quick consultation via email.

Is this appropriate for my client with trauma history?

Yes, this series is designed with a trauma-informed lens, meaning practices are invitational, consent-based, and focused on nervous system safety. It’s especially supportive for clients working on regulation and embodiment skills in therapy.

However, it is not suitable for individuals in active crisis, with unprocessed trauma that overwhelms their window of tolerance, or those currently suicidal.

How does this complement individual therapy?

This series gives clients the space to practice and integrate skills (like grounding, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance) in a somatic setting. It reinforces what they’re learning in therapy and often increases self-awareness, embodiment, and resilience.

Will I receive updates or coordination as a referring therapist?

At this time, this offering is not structured as a clinical collaboration. However, if a participant consents, we are happy to provide a general summary of the group focus or skills covered (not progress reports).
