All experiences are guided through a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens that honors your nervous system’s needs. To support your practice, you’ll also receive access to guided resources:

    • What is Sound Healing? – learn the history and benefits.

    • What to Expect – prepare for your first experience.

Reflection & Integration Plan – tools to carry your insights beyond the session.

  • Every nervous system responds differently. Common, temporary effects may include:

    • Tingling sensations, temperature changes, or lightheadedness.

    • Emotional release (tears, laughter, or unexpected memories surfacing).

    • A sense of fatigue or deep rest afterward (similar to post-yoga relaxation).

Most side effects resolve quickly, and integration practices are offered to support grounding.

For safety purpose, Respiro Sanctuary Circles may not be appropriate if you:

    • History of psychosis, severe dissociation, or current substance dependency

If you’re unsure, consult your provider or reach out—we’ll help assess if this is right for you.

  • Yes. The experience is guided with a nervous-system-aware, invitational approach that emphasizes choice, pacing, and self-regulation. This is a wellness experience and not therapy.

  • Sound baths are not therapy. They are a complementary wellness practice that supports emotional and physical well-being, and can beautifully complement your therapeutic or spiritual journey.

  • Respiro Sanctuary Circles are intentionally small (up to 8 participants) to support an intimate and relaxed environment. No breakout circles are planned. Sharing at the end is entirely optional and kept brief. This space is not for in-depth therapeutic processing but for somatic awareness, rest, and gentle reflection. You’re invited to share only if something meaningful arises for you. This is a trauma-informed and consent-centered space—your boundaries will always be honored.
