Your journey is thoughtfully curated with comfort and integration in mind. Each guest is provided with a luxury inflatable mat and cozy blanket to fully relax during the immersive sound bath.
All experiences are guided through a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens that honors your nervous system’s needs. To support your practice, you’ll also receive access to guided resources:
What is Sound Healing? – learn the history and benefits.
What to Expect – prepare for your first experience.
Safety & Autonomy Consent – honoring your choice and comfort.
Intention Setting – create a personal focus for your practice.
Reflection & Integration Plan – tools to carry your insights beyond the session.

Every nervous system responds differently. Common, temporary effects may include:
Tingling sensations, temperature changes, or lightheadedness.
Emotional release (tears, laughter, or unexpected memories surfacing).
A sense of fatigue or deep rest afterward (similar to post-yoga relaxation).
Most side effects resolve quickly, and integration practices are offered to support grounding.
For safety purpose, Respiro Sanctuary Circles may not be appropriate if you:
Pregnancy (certain breath patterns may not be safe)
Uncontrolled hypertension, heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma
History of psychosis, severe dissociation, or current substance dependency
If you’re unsure, consult your provider or reach out—we’ll help assess if this is right for you.
-
That’s completely okay. You are always welcome to step outside, sit up, or leave the space as needed to support your well-being.
-
Yes. The experience is guided with a nervous-system-aware, invitational approach that emphasizes choice, pacing, and self-regulation. This is a wellness experience and not therapy.
-
Sound baths are not therapy. They are a complementary wellness practice that supports emotional and physical well-being, and can beautifully complement your therapeutic or spiritual journey.
-
Respiro Sanctuary Circles are intentionally small (up to 8 participants) to support an intimate and relaxed environment. No breakout circles are planned. Sharing at the end is entirely optional and kept brief. This space is not for in-depth therapeutic processing but for somatic awareness, rest, and gentle reflection. You’re invited to share only if something meaningful arises for you. This is a trauma-informed and consent-centered space—your boundaries will always be honored.
-
Yes. Many people find sound baths supportive during transitions, grief, or emotional overwhelm. While it’s not therapy, it can provide a sense of peace, nervous system relief, and connection. If you're unsure whether this is the right setting, you're welcome to contact me to talk it through.
