Maria Ortiz Perez is a licensed professional counselor who obtained her licensing hours under the supervision of Adriana V. Sanders, LPC-S. She works with adults and teens seeking support with emotional, behavioral, relational, and transition challenges. She is passionate about providing a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing and personal growth. She is neuroaffirming and culturally sensitive, with areas of focus including trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation.

Maria utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic methods to best support the individual needs of her clients, including: Trauma-Informed CBT, person-centered, EMDR, and attachment-focused modalities.
