⚠️ Please Note: This is a psychoeducational wellness experience, not a therapy group. It is not appropriate for individuals in acute crisis or active suicidal ideation. It is best suited as a complement to ongoing therapy.

Purpose and Nature of the Experience
This workshop or wellness circle is a psychoeducational and experiential experience designed to support participants in developing nervous-system awareness, stress-management tools, and mind-body connection. It may include mindfulness, breathwork, light movement, journaling, sound bath meditation, and guided self-reflection exercises.
These experiences are educational and restorative in nature and are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental-health treatment.
Participation is intended for general personal growth, emotional wellness, and self-care.
Role and Professional Boundaries
While I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Texas, I serve in the role of facilitator for this offering—not as your therapist.
Participation in this event does not establish a therapist–client relationship with me or SanaMente Wellness, PLLC.
This experience is not intended to provide mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. We will not be processing individual experiences in detail as would occur in therapy.
You are invited to engage at your own comfort level and take what is helpful to support your ongoing personal growth.
Boundaries for Current Therapy Clients of SanaMente Wellness
If you are an active therapy client with SanaMente Wellness, PLLC:
Your participation is entirely voluntary and separate from your therapy services.
We will not process personal therapeutic material or discuss details from your individual sessions in this setting.
This experience is intended as a complementary, educational wellness space, not a continuation of therapy.
You are encouraged to bring any reflections or emotions that arise to your individual sessions for deeper integration and clinical support.
Participation or non-participation in this group will not impact your standing as a therapy client.
For Participants Currently in Therapy Elsewhere
If you are currently engaged in therapy with another clinician, you are encouraged to share any insights, emotions, or reflections from this experience with your therapist to support further integration and personal growth.
Confidentiality
This group is community-based and not a confidential clinical group. While participants are encouraged to respect one another’s privacy, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed as it would be in psychotherapy.
Please share only what feels safe and appropriate in a community setting.
Risks and Benefits
You may experience relaxation, emotional release, or new self-awareness.
As with any mindfulness or sound-based practice, strong emotions or physical sensations may arise.
You are responsible for monitoring your comfort and may pause, modify, or opt out of any activity at any time.
If you experience significant emotional distress, please reach out to your therapist, healthcare provider, or the facilitator for referral options or additional resources.
Physical Considerations
Participation may include seated or reclined positions on mats, gentle breathing, or stretching.
Please inform the facilitator of any physical limitations or accommodations needed prior to participation.
Hydration and light refreshments (such as herbal teas or juices) may be provided.
Fees and Refund Policy
All registration fees are due in advance to reserve your space.
Because space is intentionally limited, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.

By registering, I acknowledge that this 4-week series is a psychoeducational and wellness experience—not psychotherapy—and does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
