Purpose and Nature of the Experience

This workshop or wellness circle is a psychoeducational and experiential experience designed to support participants in developing nervous-system awareness, stress-management tools, and mind-body connection. It may include mindfulness, breathwork, light movement, journaling, sound bath meditation, and guided self-reflection exercises.

These experiences are educational and restorative in nature and are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental-health treatment.

Participation is intended for general personal growth, emotional wellness, and self-care.

Participation in this event does not establish a therapist–client relationship with me or SanaMente Wellness, PLLC.

This experience is not intended to provide mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. We will not be processing individual experiences in detail as would occur in therapy.
You are invited to engage at your own comfort level and take what is helpful to support your ongoing personal growth.
