What to Expect

Our sound bath experiences are 90-minute immersive healing experiences designed to restore balance to your nervous system, cultivate inner peace, and create space for release and renewal. Each gathering is intentionally intimate, rooted in culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, and crafted to support mind-body healing.

Sound baths are more than relaxation—they are restorative tools for the nervous system and emotional well-being. Participants often experience:

FAQ

Do I need experience with meditation?
No. Sound baths are accessible to everyone—you simply lay down or sit comfortably and allow me to guide the sounds to move through you.

What should I bring?
You will be provided with a luxury yoga mat and blanket, and handcrafted wellness juice, created in collaboration with Hello Healthy TX to gently support your body and integration after the experience. You are encouraged to bring water, socks, additional blanket, pillow and anything that will provide you comfort.

Is this therapy?
Sound baths are not therapy. They are a complementary wellness practice that supports emotional and physical well-being, and can beautifully complement your therapeutic or spiritual journey.
